Abstract:
(EN) When evaluating the friction property of a synchronizer ring 14 by pressing the synchronizer ring 14 against a gear cone 13 in a synchro unit testing machine 10, the present invention finds the torque transmission force due to an oil film formed between the friction surface of the synchronizer ring 14 and gear cone surface prior to contact. As a method of finding the torque transmission force due to the oil film, the torque value and rotation rate during time (A) from after the generation of torque, prior to the synchro friction surface and the gear cone surface making contact, and until the contact with the gear cone, are integrated with respect to time to calculate the initial absorbed energy, which is divided by the time (A) to find the initial absorbed energy velocity. The synchronizer ring is evaluated by that initial absorbed energy velocity.
(FR) Lors de l'évaluation de la propriété de frottement d'une bague de synchroniseur 14 par pression de la bague de synchronisation 14 contre un pignon d’engrenage 13 dans un appareil d’essai d’unité de synchronisation 10, la présente invention détermine la force de transmission de couple due à un film d'huile formé entre la surface de frottement de la bague de synchroniseur 14 et la surface du pignon d’engrenage avant contact. En tant que procédé de détermination de la force de transmission de couple due au film d'huile, la valeur de couple et la vitesse de rotation pendant le temps (A) depuis le moment suivant la génération de couple, avant que la surface de frottement de synchronisation et la surface du pignon d’engrenage entrent en contact, et jusqu'au contact avec le pignon d’engrenage, sont intégrées en fonction du temps pour calculer l'énergie absorbée initiale, qui est divisée par le temps (A) pour déterminer la vitesse d'énergie absorbée initiale. La bague de synchroniseur est évaluée par cette vitesse initiale d'énergie absorbée.
(JA) シンクロ単体試験機10でシンクロナイザーリング14をギヤコーン13に押付けてシンクロナイザーリング14の摩擦特性を評価する際に、シンクロナイザーリング14の摩擦面とギヤコーン面が接触する前に、その間に形成される油膜によるトルク伝達力を求める。油膜によるトルク伝達力は、シンクロ摩擦面とギヤコーン面が接触する前に、発生するトルクを、その発生時からギヤコーンに接触するまでの時間(A)のトルク値と回転数を、時間で積分して初期吸収エネルギーを算出し、これを時間(A)で割って初期吸収エネルギー速度を求め、その初期吸収エネルギー速度でシンクロナイザーリングを評価する。
