Abstract:
(EN) A pressure compensation unit comprises: a control valve that controls supply and discharge of a hydraulic liquid to and from an actuator, said control valve comprising a pump port, a pair of relay ports, a pair of supply and discharge ports, and a tank port; a pressure compensation valve that is connected to the pair of relay ports by an upstream relay line and a downstream relay line and that operates according to the pressure difference between the pressure of the upstream relay line and a signal pressure; a load pressure detection line that branches from the downstream relay line; a relief line that is connected to the downstream relay line, said relief line having a relief valve provided therein; and a switching valve that is configured so that the maximum load pressure that serves as the signal pressure is guided to the pressure compensation valve when a hydraulic liquid is not flowing in the relief line and the pump pressure that serves as the signal pressure is guided to the pressure compensation valve when a hydraulic liquid is flowing in the relief line.
(FR) L'invention concerne une unité de compensation de pression comprenant : une soupape de régulation qui régule l'alimentation et la décharge d'un liquide hydraulique vers et depuis un actionneur, ladite soupape de régulation comprenant un orifice de pompe, une paire d'orifices de relais, une paire d'orifices d'alimentation et de décharge et un orifice de réservoir ; une soupape de compensation de pression qui est reliée à la paire d'orifices de relais par une ligne de relais amont et une ligne de relais aval et qui fonctionne en fonction de la différence de pression entre la pression de la ligne de relais amont et une pression de signal ; une ligne de détection de pression de charge qui se ramifie depuis la ligne de relais aval ; une ligne de relâche qui est reliée à la ligne de relais aval, ladite ligne de relâche ayant une soupape de sûreté prévue à l'intérieur ; et une soupape de commutation qui est conçue de sorte que la pression de charge maximale qui sert de pression de signal soit guidée vers la soupape de compensation de pression lorsqu'un liquide hydraulique ne circule pas dans la ligne de relâche et la pression de pompe qui sert de pression de signal soit guidée vers la soupape de compensation de pression lorsqu'un liquide hydraulique circule dans la ligne de relâche.
(JA) 圧力補償ユニットは、アクチュエータに対する作動液の供給および排出を制御する制御弁であって、ポンプポート、一対の中継ポート、一対の給排ポートおよびタンクポートを有する制御弁と、上流側中継ラインおよび下流側中継ラインにより一対の中継ポートと接続された、上流側中継ラインの圧力と信号圧との差圧に応じて作動する圧力補償弁と、下流側中継ラインから分岐する負荷圧検出ラインと、下流側中継ラインと接続された逃しラインであって、リリーフ弁が設けられた逃しラインと、逃しラインに作動液が流れないときは信号圧として最高負荷圧を圧力補償弁へ導き、逃しラインに作動液が流れるときは信号圧としてポンプ圧を圧力補償弁へ導くように構成された切換弁と、を備える。
