Abstract:
(EN) This method for treating exhaust gas containing elemental fluorine is characterized by comprising: a dilution step in which exhaust gas (a) containing elemental fluorine is diluted with an inert gas so that the concentration of fluorine gas (F2) becomes 25 vol% or less and a diluted gas (b) is thereby prepared; and a water absorption step in which a treated gas (c) is obtained as a result of bringing the diluted gas (b) into contact with water. This method effectively suppresses the occurrence of a secondary reaction in which oxygen difluoride is generated from fluorine gas when treating exhaust gas containing elemental fluorine by a wet method, thereby making it possible to provide a method for economically and efficiently treating exhaust gas containing elemental fluorine. In addition, as a result of effectively suppressing the generation of oxygen difluoride in a treatment step, the present invention greatly improves the treatment effect of additional treatment performed by a chemical solution and makes it possible to minimize the amount of chemical solution that is used.
(FR) Le procédé de traitement de gaz d'échappement contenant du fluor élémentaire de l'invention est caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend : une étape de dilution dans laquelle le gaz d'échappement (a) contenant du fluor élémentaire est dilué avec un gaz inerte, de sorte que la concentration en fluor gazeux (F2) devient inférieure ou égale à 25 % en volume et un gaz dilué (b) est ainsi préparé; et une étape d'absorption d'eau dans laquelle un gaz traité (c) est obtenu par la mise en contact du gaz dilué (b) avec de l'eau. Ce procédé supprime efficacement l'apparition d'une réaction secondaire dans laquelle du difluorure d'oxygène est généré à partir du fluor gazeux lors du traitement du gaz d'échappement contenant du fluor élémentaire par voie humide, ce qui permet de fournir un procédé de traitement économique et efficace de gaz d'échappement contenant du fluor élémentaire. En outre, suite à la suppression efficace de la production de difluorure d'oxygène dans une étape de traitement, la présente invention améliore considérablement l'effet de traitement d'un traitement supplémentaire effectué par une solution chimique et permet de minimiser la quantité de solution chimique utilisée.
(JA) 本発明のフッ素元素を含有する排ガスの処理方法は、フッ素元素を含有する排ガス(a)を、フッ素ガス(F2)濃度が25体積%以下となるよう不活性ガスで希釈して希釈ガス(b)を調製する希釈工程と、希釈ガス(b)と水とを接触させ、処理ガス(c)を得る水吸収工程とを有することを特徴とする。本発明の方法によれば、フッ素元素を含有する排ガスを湿式法により処理する際に、フッ素ガスから二フッ化酸素が生成する副反応が生じるのを効果的に抑制し、経済的かつ効率的にフッ素元素を含有する排ガスを処理する方法を提供することができる。また本発明では、処理工程で二フッ化酸素の生成を効果的に抑制することにより、薬液による追加処理を行う場合にはその処理効果を大幅に向上させるとともに、薬液使用量を抑制することができる。
