Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a reciprocating tool configured so that vibration caused by reciprocating motion is prevented from being transmitted from a base section to a material to be cut. A reciprocating tool 1 provided with a base section 30 located at the lower part of a housing 2, wherein the base section 30 has a base foundation 31 and a base plate 41. The rear portions of the base foundation 31 and the base plate 41 are directly affixed together by two left and right screws 45a and serve as a contact section. The front portions of the base foundation 31 and the base plate 41 are held through damping mechanisms 50a provided at two left and right locations, and the front portions serve as a rocking section. The base foundation 31 and the base plate 41 are held without contact with each other, at the front portions serving as the rocking section, and therefore, a satisfactory vibration damping effect can be obtained, the transmission of vibration caused by reciprocating motion can be reduced, and cutting accuracy is improved.
(FR) L'invention concerne un outil à mouvement alternatif qui est configuré de telle sorte qu'il est possible d'empêcher des vibrations provoquées par le mouvement alternatif d'être transmises d'une section de base à un matériau à couper. Un outil à mouvement alternatif (1) est pourvu d'une section de base (30) située à la partie inférieure d'un boîtier (2), la section de base (30) ayant un socle de base (31) et une plaque de base (41). Les parties arrière du socle de base (31) et de la plaque de base (41) sont directement fixées l'une à l'autre par deux vis gauche et droite (45a), et servent de section de contact. Les parties avant du socle de base (31) et de la plaque de base (41) sont retenues par l'intermédiaire de mécanismes d'amortissement (50a) disposés à deux emplacements gauche et droit, les parties avant servant de section d'oscillation. Le socle de base (31) et la plaque de base (41) sont retenus sans contact l'un avec l'autre, au niveau des parties avant servant de section d'oscillation, et, par conséquent, un bon effet d'amortissement des vibrations peut être obtenu, la transmission de vibrations provoquées par le mouvement alternatif peut être réduite, et la précision de coupe est améliorée.
(JA) 往復動に起因する振動が、ベース部から被切断材に伝わることを低減できる往復動工具を提供する。ハウジング2の下部にベース部30を設けた往復動工具1において、ベース部30はベース基台31とベースプレート41を有する。ベース基台31とベースプレート41は、後方側が左右2本のネジ45aにて直接固定された当接部となり、前方側が左右2カ所に設けられる緩衝機構50aを介して保持された揺動部となる。ベース基台31とベースプレート41は揺動部となる前側部分において非接触状態で保持されるので、良好な制震効果を得ることができ、往復動に起因する振動の伝達を抑制でき、切断精度が向上する。
