Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a rubber composition having excellent adhesion to a metal surface not only when vulcanized using steam vulcanization, but also when vulcanized using oven vulcanization, and also exhibiting excellent adhesion when left in a hot and humid environment after vulcanization; and a layered body provided with a reinforcing layer having a metal surface and a rubber layer formed using the rubber composition. This rubber composition contains a diene-based polymer including butadiene rubber, and a polyhydric alcohol, the content of the polyhydric alcohol being 0.5 parts by mass to 14 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the diene-based polymer.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une composition de caoutchouc dotée d’une excellente adhérence à une surface métallique non seulement lorsqu’elle est vulcanisée au moyen d’une vulcanisation à la vapeur, mais également lorsqu’elle est vulcanisée au moyen d’une vulcanisation au four, et présentant également une excellente adhérence lorsqu'elle est laissée dans un environnement chaud et humide après vulcanisation ; et un corps stratifié pourvu d'une couche de renfort présentant une surface métallique et une couche de caoutchouc formée à l’aide de la composition de caoutchouc. Cette composition de caoutchouc contient un polymère à base de diène comprenant un caoutchouc butadiène, et un alcool polyhydrique, la teneur de l’alcool polyhydrique est de 0,5 partie en masse à 14 parties en masse pour 100 parties en masse du polymère à base de diène.
(JA) 本発明は、スチーム加硫方式で加硫した場合だけでなくオーブン加硫方式で加硫した場合にも金属表面に対して優れた接着性し、かつ、加硫後に湿熱環境下に放置した場合にも優れた接着性を示すゴム組成物、及び、金属表面を有する補強層と上記ゴム組成物を用いて形成されたゴム層とを備える積層体を提供することを目的とする。本発明のゴム組成物は、ブタジエンゴムを含むジエン系重合体と、多価アルコールとを含有し、上記多価アルコールの含有量が上記ジエン系重合体100質量部に対して0.5質量部以上14質量部以下である。
