Abstract:
(EN) The present invention pertains to a powder material used to manufacture a three-dimensional modeled object by selectively radiating laser light to a thin layer of the powder material including powder particles, forming a modeled object layer obtained by melt-binding of the powder particles, and layering the modeled object layer. The powder particles include a core resin and a shell resin for coating the core resin, the temperature at which the storage modulus G’ of the material constituting the shell resin is 1×106.5 Pa being higher than the temperature at which the storage modulus G’ of the material constituting the core resin is 1×106.5 Pa. The abovementioned powder material, makes it possible to manufacture a three-dimensional modeled object having higher definition.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un matériau en poudre utilisé pour fabriquer un objet modélisé tridimensionnel en exposant à une lumière laser de manière sélective une couche mince du matériau en poudre comprenant des particules de poudre, formant une couche d'objet modélisé obtenue par fusion-liaison des particules de poudre, et stratifiant la couche d'objet modélisé. Les particules de poudre comprennent une résine de noyau et une résine de coque permettant d'enrober la résine de noyau, la température à laquelle le module de conservation G' de la matière constituant la résine de coque est de 1×106,5 Pa étant supérieure à la température à laquelle le module de conservation G' de la matière constituant la résine de noyau est de 1×106,5 Pa. Ledit matériau en poudre permet de fabriquer un objet modélisé tridimensionnel présentant une plus grande définition.
(JA) 本発明は、粉末粒子を含む粉末材料の薄層にレーザ光を選択的に照射して、前記粉末粒子が溶融結合してなる造形物層を形成し、前記造形物層を積層することによる立体造形物の製造に使用される粉末材料に係る。前記粉末粒子は、コア樹脂と、コア樹脂を被覆するシェル樹脂とを含み、前記シェル樹脂を構成する材料の貯蔵弾性率G'が1×106.5Paになる温度は、前記コア樹脂を構成する材料の貯蔵弾性率G'が1×106.5Paになる温度よりも高い。上記粉末材料によれば、より高精細な立体造形物を製造できる。
