Abstract:
(EN) In the present invention, an optical recording medium is provided with a plurality of information signal layers. From among the plurality of information signal layers, at least one of the information signal layers other than the furthest information signal layer from the light irradiation surface is provided with a recording layer, a first dielectric layer provided on the opposite side from the light incidence side of the recording layer, and a second dielectric layer provided on the light incidence side of the recording layer. The first dielectric layer and the second dielectric layer contain indium oxide and tin oxide. The atomic concentration of tin in the first dielectric layer is higher than the atomic concentration of tin in the second dielectric layer.
(FR) Dans la présente invention, un support d'enregistrement optique comprend une pluralité de couches de signaux d'informations. Parmi la pluralité de couches de signaux d'informations, au moins une couche de signaux d'informations, autre que la couche de signaux d'informations la plus éloignée de la surface d'irradiation de lumière, comporte une couche d'enregistrement, une première couche diélectrique disposée sur le côté opposé au côté d'incidence de lumière de la couche d'enregistrement, et une seconde couche diélectrique disposée sur le côté d'incidence de lumière de la couche d'enregistrement. La première couche diélectrique et la seconde couche diélectrique contiennent de l'oxyde d'indium et de l'oxyde d'étain. La concentration atomique d'étain dans la première couche diélectrique est supérieure à la concentration atomique d'étain dans la seconde couche diélectrique.
