Abstract:
(EN) Provided is an outdoor machine equipped with the functions of cooling an electric component, drainage of dew condensation water generated in a machine chamber, and soundproofing effects. The outdoor machine comprises: a base sheet metal in which a base drain hole is formed; a plurality of outside panels; a first partition plate that is attached to the base sheet metal in an upward manner; a second partition plate that is attached so as to extend from one surface of the first partition plate horizontally to the base sheet metal; a third partition plate that is attached to the base sheet metal in an upward manner and that is connected at a top end thereof to the second partition plate; a blower chamber that is formed in a casing comprising the base sheet metal and the plurality of outside panels; an electric component chamber that is formed in the casing; and a machine chamber that is formed in the casing. The electric component chamber includes: the base drain hole; a first ventilation port that is formed in the outside panels; and a second ventilation port that is formed in the first partition plate, that communicates with the first ventilation port, and that forms an air passage facing upwards along the third partition plate between the first ventilation port and the second ventilation port. The machine chamber has a closed structure with no air intake ports.
(FR) L'invention concerne une machine extérieure équipée des fonctions de refroidissement d'un composant électrique, de drainage de l'eau de condensation produite dans une chambre de machine, et d'effets d'insonorisation. La machine extérieure comprend : une tôle de base dans laquelle est formé un trou de drainage de base ; une pluralité de panneaux extérieurs ; une première plaque de séparation qui est fixée à la tôle de base de manière ascendante ; une deuxième plaque de séparation qui est fixée de manière à s'étendre depuis une surface de la première plaque de séparation horizontalement à la tôle de base ; une troisième plaque de séparation qui est fixée à la tôle de base de manière ascendante et qui est reliée au niveau d'une extrémité supérieure de celle-ci à la deuxième plaque de séparation ; une chambre de soufflante qui est formée dans un carter comprenant la tôle de base et la pluralité de panneaux extérieurs ; une chambre de composants électriques qui est formée dans le carter ; et une chambre de machine qui est formée dans le carter. La chambre de composants électriques comprend : le trou de drainage de base ; un premier orifice de ventilation qui est formé dans les panneaux extérieurs ; et un second orifice de ventilation qui est formé dans la première plaque de séparation, qui communique avec le premier orifice de ventilation, et qui forme un passage d'air tourné vers le haut le long de la troisième plaque de séparation entre le premier orifice de ventilation et le second orifice de ventilation. La chambre de machine présente une structure fermée sans aucun orifice d'admission d'air.
