Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a magnetic separator that can efficiently and at a low cost perform magnetic sorting on ferromagnetic particles from powder and granular material even when the powder and granular material that includes the ferromagnetic particles is processed in a large volume and when the layer of powder and granular material supplied is thick, and further can resolve problems of ferromagnetic particle adherence peculiar to conveyor belt type magnetic separators. The magnetic separator has a pair of guide rolls 2, 3 and a conveyor belt 1 that is stretched across the pair of rolls and transports the powder and granular material that includes the ferromagnetic particles. Either one of the guide rolls is a hollow roll, and in the hollow part thereof, has a magnetic roll 20 whereon are disposed a plurality of magnets 4 along the inner peripheral surface of the guide roll sequentially in the circumferential direction with a space therebetween such that different magnetic poles alternate. The magnetic separator is provided with a shielding wall 5 for shielding magnetic lines of force from the magnets by covering a circular arc region on the outer peripheral surface of the one guide roll except for a circular arc region whereon the conveyor belt is wrapped.
(FR) L'invention concerne un séparateur magnétique qui peut réaliser efficacement et à faible coût un tri magnétique sur des particules ferromagnétiques provenant d'un matériau pulvérulent et granulaire, même lorsqu'un volume important du matériau pulvérulent et granulaire qui comprend les particules ferromagnétiques est traité et lorsque la couche de matériau pulvérulent et granulaire transmise est épaisse, et peut en outre résoudre des problèmes d'adhérence de particules ferromagnétiques propres aux séparateurs magnétiques du type à bande transporteuse. Le séparateur magnétique comprend une paire de rouleaux de guidage (2, 3) et une bande transporteuse (1) qui est tendue en travers de la paire de rouleaux et transporte le matériau pulvérulent et granulaire qui comprend les particules ferromagnétiques. L'un des rouleaux de guidage est un rouleau creux, et dans sa partie creuse, comprend un rouleau magnétique (20) sur lequel est disposée une pluralité d'aimants (4) le long de la surface périphérique interne du rouleau de guidage séquentiellement dans la direction circonférentielle avec un espace entre eux de sorte que différents pôles magnétiques se succèdent. Le séparateur magnétique est doté d'une paroi de protection (5) permettant de protéger des lignes de force magnétiques des aimants en recouvrant une région en arc de cercle sur la surface périphérique externe dudit rouleau de guidage, à l'exception d'une région en arc de cercle sur laquelle est enroulée la bande transporteuse.
