Abstract:
(EN) The present disclosure relates to a method of protein structure and amino acid residue interaction prediction based on saturation suppressor mutagenesis screening of a protein of interest. The method of the instant disclosure can be adapted for multi- protein complexes, and is useful where crystal structure of a protein of interest is not available.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de prédiction d'interaction entre une structure protéique et un résidu d'acides aminés sur la base d'un criblage de mutagénèse de suppression par saturation d'une protéine d'intérêt. Le procédé selon la présente invention peut être conçu pour des complexes multiprotéiques et est utile lorsque la structure cristalline d'une protéine d'intérêt n'est pas disponible.
