Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a process for isolating at last one (thio)phosphoric acid derivative (1a), which has a boiling point of at least 70 °C, from a product mixture (1) comprising as component (1a) the at least one (thio)phosphoric acid derivative, as component (1b) at least one salt selected from (b1) ammonium salts and (b2) alkali metal chlorides, as component (1c) at least one polar solvent, which is selected from the group consisting of ester solvents and ether solvents, and optionally as component (1d) at least one HCl scavenger; wherein the process is based on the concept of first dissolving the (thio)phosphoric acid derivative (1a) to be able to remove the at least one salt, and then causing solids formation of the (thio)phosphoric acid derivative (1a).
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé pour isoler au moins un dérivé d'acide (thio)phosphorique (1a), ayant un point d'ébullition d'au moins 70 °C, à partir d'un mélange de produits (1) comprenant, comme composant (1a) l'au moins un dérivé d'acide (thio)phosphorique, comme composant (1b) au moins un sel sélectionné parmi des sels d'ammonium (b1) et des chlorures de métal alcalin (b2), en tant que composant (1c) au moins un solvant polaire sélectionné dans le groupe constitué par des solvants ester et des solvants éther et, éventuellement, en tant que composant (1d), au moins un capteur de HCl. Le procédé consiste d'abord à dissoudre le dérivé d'acide (thio)phosphorique (1a) afin de pouvoir retirer l'au moins un sel, puis provoquer la formation de solides du dérivé d'acide (thio)phosphorique (1a).
