Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a measuring device for determining the height of a crimp in a crimp connector to a conductor, such as in a cable lug or ferrule. The Exmore CRIMPING MEASURING DEVICE is a crimp height and crimp width measuring system, developed for highly precise measuring of crimp contacts. The invention is characterized by changes in the blade as used in a micro-metric measuring device. The measuring device according to the invention comprises a measuring knife comprising a resilient tool, further comprising a plate-shaped tool which is placed centrally in the measuring knife and which is placed perpendicularly to the orientation of the measuring knife. Measurement is performed manually and independent of any operator-related influences by way of centering unit. The Exmore CRIMPING MEASURING DEVICE simplifies the crimp height measurement process resulting in faster measurement time and improved consistency, acquired measured values can be read off, transferred via the serial interface or optionally printed.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif de mesure destiné à déterminer la hauteur d'un sertissage dans un raccord à sertir par rapport à un conducteur, comme dans une cosse de câble ou une virole. Le dispositif de mesure de sertissage Exmore est un système de mesure de largeur de sertissage et de hauteur de sertissage, développé pour une mesure hautement précise de contacts de sertissage. L'invention est caractérisée par des changements dans la lame telle qu'utilisée dans un dispositif de mesure micrométrique. Le dispositif de mesure selon l'invention comprend un couteau de mesure comprenant un outil élastique, comprenant en outre un outil en forme de plaque qui est placé de manière centrale dans le couteau de mesure et qui est placé perpendiculairement à l'orientation du couteau de mesure. Une mesure est effectuée manuellement et de façon indépendante de toute influence liée à l'opérateur au moyen de l'unité de centrage. Le dispositif de mesure de sertissage Exmore simplifie le processus de mesure de la hauteur de sertissage, résultant en une durée de mesure plus rapide et une cohérence améliorée, les valeurs mesurées acquises peuvent être lues, transférées par le biais de l'interface série ou, facultativement, imprimées.
