Abstract:
(EN) A weigh module (10) for a belt conveyor apparatus is disclosed. Said module (10) comprises a support means, in the form of a plurality of shafts (30) to support a conveyor belt. The module also includes a means to measure rotation of the shaft, which means is preferably a rotary encoder. The shafts are support on elongate supports. In order to determine the mass of material on a conveyor belt, the module includes a load cell engaging a load plate to determine the load on a belt. The shafts are generally cylindrical and can have a plurality of spaced apart rings along the outer surface to engage a conveyor belt.
(FR) L'invention concerne un module de pesage (10) d'appareil transporteur à bande. Ledit module (10) comprend un organe de support, se présentant sous la forme d'une pluralité d'arbres (30) destinés à supporter une bande transporteuse. Le module comprend également un moyen destiné à mesurer la rotation de l'arbre, ledit moyen étant de préférence un codeur rotatif. Les arbres sont supportés sur des supports allongés. Afin de déterminer la masse d'un matériau se trouvant sur une bande transporteuse, le module comprend une cellule de pesage coopérant avec une plaque de pesage afin de déterminer la charge se trouvant sur une bande. Les arbres sont globalement cylindriques et peuvent comporter une pluralité d'anneaux espacés le long de la surface extérieure destinés à coopérer avec une bande transporteuse.
