Abstract:
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft einen Rotor (1) für eine Schleifmaschine (2) für die Lebensmittel- und Futtermittelindustrie mit einem Aussendurchmesser zwischen 0,5 und 0,6 m umfassend eine Mehrzahl von im Wesentlichen zylindrischen, insbesondere hohlzylindrischen, Schleifelementen (3) sowie ein solches Schleifelement (3) mit je einer äusseren, im Wesentlichen kreiszylindermantelförmigen Schleiffläche (4), wobei die Schleifelemente (3) übereinander koaxial und derart angeordnet sind, dass zwischen den Schleifflächen (4) zweier benachbarter Schleifelemente (3) ein im Wesentlichen ringförmiger Luftspalt (5) entsteht, wobei ein Verhältnis zwischen einer Hüllfläche (H) des Rotors (1) und einer Gesamtschleiffläche des Rotors (1) grösser als 1,05 und kleiner als 1,25 ist.
(EN) The invention relates to a rotor (1) for a grinding machine (2) for the foodstuffs and feedstock industry, having an external diameter of between 0.5 and 0.6 m, comprising a plurality of substantially cylindrical, in particular hollow cylindrical, grinding elements (3) and one such grinding element (3) having an outer grinding surface (4) substantially in the form of a circular cylinder jacket, wherein the grinding elements (3) are arranged coaxially above one another and in such a way that a substantially annular air gap (5) is produced between the grinding surfaces (4) of two adjacent grinding elements (3), wherein a ratio between an enveloping surface (H) of the rotor (1) and a total grinding surface of the rotor (1) is greater than 1.05 and less than 1.25.
(FR) L'invention concerne un rotor (1), destiné à une meuleuse (2) utilisée dans le domaine de l'alimentation humaine et animale, qui a un diamètre extérieur compris entre 0,5 et 0,6 m. Le rotor comprend une pluralité d'éléments abrasifs (3) sensiblement cylindriques, notamment en forme de cylindre creux, et un tel élément abrasif (3) ayant une surface abrasive extérieure (4), sensiblement en forme d'enveloppe cylindrique circulaire. Les éléments abrasifs (3) sont disposés coaxialement les uns au-dessus des autres et de façon à former un intervalle d'air (5) sensiblement annulaire entre les surfaces abrasives (4) de deux éléments abrasifs (3) adjacents.
