Abstract:
(EN) The invention provides novel biparatopic LRP5/LRP6 cross-reactive binding polypeptides, and more specifically novel biparatopic LRP5/LRP6 cross-reactive immunoglobulin single variable domain constructs which can inhibit Wnt signaling pathways. The invention also relates to specific sequences of such polypeptides, methods of their production, and methods of using them, including methods of treatment of diseases such as cancer.
(FR) L'invention concerne de nouveaux polypeptides de liaison réactifs en réaction croisée avec LRP5/LRP6 biparatopiques, et plus spécifiquement de nouvelles constructions de domaines variables uniques d'immunoglobuline réactives en réaction croisée avec LRP5/LRP6 biparatopiques qui peuvent inhiber les voies de signalisation Wnt. L'invention concerne également des séquences spécifiques de ces polypeptides, leurs procédés de production et des procédés pour les utiliser, y compris des procédés de traitement de maladies telles que le cancer.
