Abstract:
(EN) The present invention concerns a method and an apparatus for making a mineral melt comprising a cyclone furnace and a separating cyclone, said apparatus further comprising a device for supplying pre-heated particulate mineral material from a bottom of the separating cyclone to an inlet of the cyclone furnace, said device comprising a material receiving conduit adapted for receiving the pre-heated particulate mineral material from the bottom outlet of the separating cyclone, in which material receiving conduit there is a first pressure, and an outlet conduit supplying the particulate mineral material to the inlet of the cyclone furnace, wherein there is a second pressure, wherein said second pressure is higher than said first pressure, and wherein the particulate mineral material is fluidised and flows from the material receiving conduit to the outlet conduit, wherein a gas-lock valve is provided between said material receiving conduit and said outlet conduit, wherein the gas-lock valve comprises an elongated housing forming a particulate material flow conduit which is inclined upwards from said material receiving conduit to said outlet conduit.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé et un appareil de fabrication d’une masse minérale fondue comprenant un four cyclone et un cyclone de séparation, ledit appareil comprenant en outre un dispositif d’alimentation en matière minérale particulaire préchauffée depuis un fond du cyclone de séparation au niveau d’un orifice d’entrée du four cyclone, ledit dispositif comprenant un conduit de réception de matière adapté pour recevoir la matière minérale particulaire préchauffée depuis l’orifice de sortie de fond du cyclone de séparation, dans lequel conduit de réception de matière se trouve une première pression, et un conduit d’orifice de sortie fournissant la matière minérale particulaire à l’orifice d’entrée du four cyclone, au niveau duquel se trouve une seconde pression, ladite seconde pression étant supérieure à ladite première pression, et la matière minérale particulaire étant fluidisée et s’écoulant depuis le conduit de réception de matière vers le conduit d’orifice de sortie, une vanne à écluse à gaz étant prévue entre ledit conduit de réception de matière et ledit conduit d’orifice de sortie, la vanne à écluse à gaz comprenant un logement allongé formant un conduit d’écoulement de matière particulaire qui est incliné vers le haut depuis ledit conduit de réception de matière vers ledit conduit d’orifice de sortie.
