Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for inkjet printing on cardboard sheet elements (12) in an inkjet printing machine (10) including a vacuum transport device (13) and at least one printhead (14). According to the invention, the position of openings (21) in the vacuum transport (13) is measured during a preliminary calibration phase and then, during a printing phase, ink is sprayed by the printhead (14) through openings (21) of which the position was measured during the calibration phase. The invention also relates to an inkjet printing machine and an anti-drying device for an inkjet printing machine, making it possible to implement the method according to the invention. The invention is particularly suitable for printing on large sheet elements, and makes it possible to prevent the ink from drying in the nozzles of the printheads, and thus makes it possible to avoid machine stoppages.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé d'impression par jet d'encre sur des éléments en plaque de carton (12) dans une machine d'impression (10) à jet d'encre comprenant un dispositif de transport vacuum (13) et au moins une tête d'impression (14). Selon l'invention, la position d'ouvertures (21) dans le transport vacuum (13) est mesurée lors d'une phase préliminaire d'étalonnage puis, lors d'une phase d'impression, de l'encre est projetée par la tête d'impression (14) au travers d'ouvertures (21) dont la position a été mesurée lors de la phase d'étalonnage. L'invention concerne également une machine d'impression par jet d'encre et un dispositif anti-séchage pour une machine d'impression par jet d'encre, permettant de mettre en œuvre le précédé selon l'invention. L'invention est particulièrement adaptée pour l'impression sur des éléments en plaque de grandes dimensions, et permet d'éviter que l'encre ne sèche dans les buses des têtes d'impression, et permet donc d'éviter des arrêts machines.
