Abstract:
(EN) The invention concerns a rock breaking device (10) comprising a striking cell (12) having at least one actuation chamber (14), a striking piston (16), and a hydraulic circuit comprising a hydraulic supply source having a High Pressure circuit (17) and a Low Pressure circuit (18), and an actuator (20) configured to connect the High Pressure circuit (17) or the Low Pressure circuit (18) to the actuation chamber (14) so as to move the piston in translation in the striking cell (12) in a normal movement area of which the limits are variable depending on the pressure difference between the High Pressure circuit (17) and the Low Pressure circuit (18), the striking cell (12) comprising depressurising means configured to control the establishment of hydraulic communication between the High Pressure circuit (17) and the Low Pressure circuit (18) when the striking piston (16) exits a predefined movement area.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif brise roches (10) comportant une cellule de frappe (12) présentant au moins une chambre d'actionnement (14), un piston de frappe (16), et un circuit hydraulique comportant une source d'alimentation hydraulique présentant un circuit Haute Pression (17) et un circuit Basse Pression (18), et un actionneur (20) configuré pour relier le circuit Haute Pression (17) ou le circuit Basse Pression (18) à la chambre d'actionnement (14) de sorte à déplacer le piston en translation dans la cellule de frappe (12) dans une zone de déplacement normale dont les limites sont variables en fonction de la différence de pression entre le circuit Haute Pression (17) et le circuit Basse Pression (18), la cellule de frappe (12) comportant des moyens de dépressurisation configurés pour commander une mise en communication hydraulique du circuit Haute Pression (17) avec le circuit Basse Pression (18) lorsque le piston de frappe (16) sort d'une zone de déplacement prédéterminée.
