Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for generating a preparation of a lipase variant of a parent lipase comprising a step of altering one or more nucleotides in a polynucleotide encoding the parent lipase, wherein the alteration provides at least one disulfide bond and a hydrolytic activity of said lipase variant which is reduced as compared with the hydrolytic activity of the parent lipase. The invention also relates to a polynucleotide encoding the lipase variant, the lipase variant and its use.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de production d'une préparation d'une variante lipasique d'une lipase mère comportant une étape de modification d'un ou plusieurs nucléotides dans un polynucléotide codant pour la lipase mère, la modification fournissant au moins une liaison disulfure et une activité hydrolytique de ladite variante lipasique étant réduite par rapport à l'activité hydrolytique de la lipase mère. L'invention concerne également un polynucléotide codant pour la variante lipasique, ladite variante lipasique et son utilisation.
