Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for monitoring of coagulation status and haemostasis in the perioperative setting. According to the method a complex formation is optically measured in a time-lapse manner under flow at physiological shear rate between a mobile binding partner and an immobilized binding partner, and further includes real-time processing and displaying of the processed signal. The invention also relates to an apparatus for applying said method, and to a cartridge applicable in said method, wherein said cartridge is a flow cell (4, 4'). Furthermore, the invention relates to the use of said method, said apparatus and said cartridge for assessing coagulation status or thrombus formation in a whole blood sample. In addition, the invention relates to a kit of parts comprising disposables required for applying said method of the invention with the apparatus of the invention.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé permettant de surveiller le statut de coagulation et l'hémostase dans le cadre périopératoire. L'invention concerne également un appareil permettant d'appliquer ledit procédé, ainsi qu'une cartouche utilisable dans ledit procédé, ladite cartouche étant une cellule d'écoulement. L'invention concerne également l'utilisation dudit procédé, dudit appareil et de ladite cartouche pour évaluer le statut de coagulation ou la formation de thrombus dans un échantillon de sang total. L'invention concerne également un kit de pièces comprenant des articles jetables nécessaires pour appliquer ledit procédé selon l'invention à l'aide de l'appareil selon l'invention.
