Abstract:
(DE) Es wird ein Sensorelement (10) zur Erfassung mindestens einer Eigenschaft eines Messgases in einem Messgasraum (20) vorgeschlagen, insbesondere zur Erfassung eines Anteils einer Gaskomponente in dem Messgas oder einer Temperatur des Messgases. Das Sensorelement (10) umfasst ein Substrat (12), eine Festelektrolytmembran (14) und eine Stützstruktur (16), wobei die Festelektrolytmembran (14) zumindest teilweise auf der Stützstruktur (16) angeordnet ist.
(EN) Disclosed is a sensor element (10) for determining at least one property of a measuring gas in a measuring gas chamber (20), in particular for determining a proportion of a gas component in the measuring gas or a temperature of the measuring gas. The sensor element (10) comprises a substrate (12), a solid-electrolyte membrane (14) and a supporting structure (16) on which at least part of the solid-electrolyte membrane (14) is arranged.
