Abstract:
(DE) Die vorliegende Erfindung befasst sich mit der Herstellung von Isocyanaten durch Phosgenierung der korrespondierenden primären Amine in der Gasphase, wobei die Eduktströme Amin und Phosgen getrennt durch einen vorerhitzten Inertgasstrom einem Reaktor zugeführt werden. Isocyanate im Sinne der Erfindung sind dabei im weitesten Sinne alle Isocyanate, deren korrespondierende Amine sich im Wesentlichen zersetzungsfrei in die Gasphase überführen lassen, mit Ausnahme von 1,5-Pentandiisocyanat.
(EN) The invention relates to the production of isocyanates by means of phosgenation of the corresponding primary amines in the gas phase, wherein the educt flows of amine and phosgene are fed separately to a reactor through a pre-heated inert gas flow. Isocyanates within the sense of the invention are, in the broadest sense, all isocyanates whose corresponding amines can be substantially converted into the gas phase without decomposing, with the exception of 1,5-pentane diisocyanate.
(FR) La présente invention concerne la fabrication d’isocyanates par phosgénation des amines primaires correspondantes en phase gazeuse, les flux de départ d’amine et de phosgène étant conduits séparément dans un réacteur au moyen d’un flux de gaz inerte préchauffé. Les isocyanates comprennent, au sens de la présente invention, tous les isocyanates, au sens le plus large, dont les amines correspondantes peuvent être gazéifiées sensiblement sans dégradation, à l’exception du 1,5 pentanediisocyanate.
