Abstract:
(DE) Abwärmerückgewinnungssystem einer Brennkraftmaschine, wobei das Abwärmerückgewinnungssystem einen Arbeitsfluidkreislauf 1 mit zumindest einem in einem Abwärmestrom der Brennkraftmaschine 5 angeschalteten Wärmetauscher 2, 2a, eine mit einer elektrischen Maschine 16 gekoppelte Expansionsmaschine 11, einen Kondensator 12 und eine Fluidpumpe aufweist. Erfindungsgemäß wird ein Abwärmerückgewinnungssystem für eine Brennkraftmaschine 5 und ein Verfahren zum Betreiben eines derartigen Abwärmerückgewinnungssystems angegeben, das gegenüber dem Stand der Technik verbessert ist. Erreicht wird dies dadurch, dass eine Vorrichtung zur Drehzahlreduzierung der Expansionsmaschine 11 vorgesehen ist beziehungsweise dass die Drehzahlreduzierung der Expansionsmaschine 11 in Abhängigkeit eines Betriebszustandes der Brennkraftmaschine 5 und/oder des Abwärmerückgewinnungssystems mittels der Vorrichtung, die insbesondere die elektrische Maschine 16 ist, einstellbar ist.
(EN) Waste heat recovery system of an internal combustion engine, wherein the waste heat recovery system has an operating fluid circuit 1 with at least one heat exchanger 2, 2a which is connected in a waste heat flow of the internal combustion engine 5, an expansion machine 11 which is coupled to an electric machine 16, a condenser 12 and a fluid pump. According to the invention, a waste heat recovery system for an internal combustion engine 5 and a method for operating a waste heat recovery system of this type are specified, which waste heat recovery system is improved in comparison with the prior art. This is achieved by virtue of the fact that a device for reducing the rotational speed of the expansion machine 11 is provided, and that the reduction in the rotational speed of the expansion machine 11 can be set by means of the device which is, in particular, the electric machine 16, in a manner which is dependent on an operating state of the internal combustion engine 5 and/or of the waste heat recovery system.
(FR) L'invention concerne un système de récupération de chaleur perdue d'un moteur à combustion interne, le système de récupération de chaleur perdue comprenant un circuit de fluide de travail (1) pourvu d'au moins un échangeur de chaleur (2, 2a) monté dans un courant de chaleur perdue du moteur à combustion interne (5), une machine à expansion (11) accouplée à un moteur électrique (16), un condensateur (12) et une pompe à fluide. Selon l'invention, un système de récupération de chaleur perdue pour un moteur à combustion interne (5) et un procédé de fonctionnement d'un système de récupération de chaleur perdue de ce type sont fournis, qui sont améliorés par rapport à l'état de la technique. A cet effet, un dispositif de réduction de vitesse de rotation de la machine à expansion (11) est présent ou la réduction de la vitesse de rotation de la machine à expansion (11) peut être réglée en fonction d'un état de fonctionnement du moteur à combustion interne (5) et/ou du système de récupération de chaleur perdue au moyen du dispositif, qui est en particulier le moteur électrique (16).
