Abstract:
(DE) Eine Vorrichtung zur Herstellung einer Faserstoffbahn, insbesondere einer Verpackungspapierbahn, umfasst wenigstens einen Stoffauflauf, eine Siebpartie zur Entwässerung einer über den Stoffauflauf eingebrachten Faserstoffsuspension und zur Bildung einer Faserstoffbahn aus der Faserstoffsuspension, eine Pressenpartie zur weiteren Entwässerung der Faserstoffbahn und eine Trockenpartie zur Trocknung der Faserstoffbahn. Dabei sind Stärkeeintragsmittel vorgesehen, über die vor wenigstens einem Stoffauflauf, in wenigstens einem Stoffauflauf, in den Stoffstrahl wenigstens eines Stoffauflaufs und/oder spätestens in der Siebpartie nach wenigstens einem Stoffauflauf Stärke in die Faserstoffsuspension bzw. den von einem jeweiligen Stoffauflauf erzeugten Stoffstrahl einbringbar bzw. auf die Faserstoffbahn aufbringbar ist. Die Siebpartie kann einen ein- oder mehrlagigen Former umfassen. Die Pressenpartie umfasst wenigstens einen in Bahnlaufrichtung verlängerten Pressnip, insbesondere wenigstens einen Schuhpressnip. Die Trockenpartie ist mit Hochleistungstrocknern ausgerüstet.
(EN) A device for producing a fibrous web, in particular a web of packaging paper, comprises at least one headbox, a screen section for dewatering a fibrous suspension introduced via the headbox and forming a fibrous web from the fibrous suspension, a press section for further dewatering the fibrous web, and a drying section for drying the fibrous web. Starch introducing means are provided via which starch can be introduced into the fibrous suspension and/or into the jet of fibrous material created by a headbox and/or can be applied to the fibrous web, upstream of at least one headbox, in at least one headbox, in the jet of fibrous material of at least one headbox and/or, at the latest, in the screen section downstream of at least one headbox. The screen section can comprise a single-layer or multilayer former. The press section comprises at least one press nip, in particular at least one shoe press nip, which is extended in the direction of travel of the web. The drying section is equipped with high-performance driers.
(FR) L’invention concerne un dispositif destiné à produire une bande de matière fibreuse, notamment une bande de papier d'emballage, qui comprend au moins une caisse de tête, une section toile pour déshydrater une suspension de matière fibreuse introduite par l’intermédiaire de la caisse de tête et former une bande de matière fibreuse à partir de la suspension de matière fibreuse, une section de pressage pour déshydrater davantage la bande de matière fibreuse et une section de séchage pour sécher la bande de matière fibreuse. Le dispositif comprend en outre des moyens d’introduction d’amidon par lesquels a lieu, en amont d’au moins une caisse de tête, dans au moins une caisse de tête, dans le jet de matière d’au moins une caisse de tête et/ou au plus tard dans la partie toile en aval d’au moins une caisse de tête, l’introduction d’amidon dans la suspension de matière fibreuse ou dans le jet de matière produit par une caisse de tête respective ou l’application d’amidon sur la bande de matière fibreuse. La section toile peut comprendre un formeur monocouche ou multicouche. La section de pressage comprend au moins une pince de pressage s’étendant dans la direction de défilement de la bande, notamment au moins une pince de pressage à sabot. La section de séchage est équipée d’un séchoir haute puissance.
