Abstract:
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft mehrere Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Encoders (40) für Lagereinheiten. Ein Verfahren weist die folgenden Schritte auf: - Einbringen eines Einlegeteils in ein Werkzeug (20), wobei das Einlegeteil ein Trägerteil (42), eine Metallfolie (44) oder eine mit Metall beschichtete Folie ist, - Injizieren einer Schmelze (30) in das Werkzeug (20), wobei die Schmelze (30) aus einem Material besteht, das Polyamid 6, Polyamid 12 oder Polyphenylensulfid und wenigstens einen magnetischen Füllstoff aufweist und - Verpressen der Schmelze (30), wobei ein Verbinden der Schmelze (30) mit dem Einlegeteil zum Encoder (40) beim Abkühlen der Schmelze (30) erfolgt. Alternativ wird eine erste Komponente (25) in das Werkzeug (20) injiziert, wobei die erste Komponente (25) ein Haftvermittler ist. Bei einem weiteren Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Encoders handelt es sich um ein Wirbelsinterverfahren.
(EN) The invention relates to a multiplicity of processes for producing an encoder (40) for bearing units. A process comprises the following steps: -introducing an insert part into a mould (20), where the insert part is a supportive part (42), a metal foil (44) or a metal-coated foil, -injecting a melt (30) into the mould (20), where the melt (30) consists of a material that comprises nylon-6, nylon-12 or polyphenylene sulphide and at least one magnetic filler, and -pressing the melt (30) where, on cooling of the melt (30) the melt (30) becomes bonded to the insert part to give the encoder (40). Alternatively, a first component (25) is injected into the mould (20), where the first component (25) is an adhesion promoter. Another process for producing an encoder is a fluidized-bed sintering process.
(FR) L'invention concerne plusieurs procédés de fabrication d'un codeur (40) destiné à des ensembles roulements. Un procédé présente les étapes suivantes consistant à : insérer une pièce d'insertion dans un outil (20), la pièce d'insertion étant une pièce de support (42), un film métallique (44) ou un film revêtu de métal; injecter une matière en fusion (30) dans l'outil (20), la matière en fusion (30) se composant d'une matière qui présente du polyamide 6, du polyamide 12 ou du sulfure de polyphénylène et au moins une matière de charge magnétique, et comprimer la matière en fusion (30), une liaison se formant lors du refroidissement de la matière en fusion (30), de la matière en fusion (30) avec la partie d'insertion vers le codeur (40). En variante, un premier constituant (25) est injecté dans l'outil (20), le premier constituant (25) étant un agent adhésif. Un autre procédé de fabrication d'un codeur est un procédé de frittage en lit fluidisé.
