The compound is capable of inhibiting interaction between influenza virus polymerase subunits PA and PB1 and provides the function of influenza virus resistance.

Le composé est capable d'inhiber l'interaction entre les sous-unités PA et PB1 de la polymérase du virus de la grippe et confère une résistance au virus de la grippe.
