Abstract:
(EN) Provided are a chromium-free surface-treated tinplate, a production method and a surface treating agent therefor. By coating, on the surface of a tinplate, an environmentally friendly aqueous surface treating agent containing 0.1-5 wt% of a zinc salt, 0.1-5 wt% of a zirconium salt and/or a molybdenum salt and 5-30 wt% of siloxane or polysiloxane, a layer of chromium-free passivation film having uniform and dense ingredients and a good performance and being stable is formed on the surface of a tin layer. The passivation film contains 0.1-20 mg/m2 of zinc, 0.1-20 mg/m2 of zirconium and/or molybdenum and 0.5-100 mg/m2 of silicon. The passivation film can impart an excellent surface stability, corrosion resistance and paint film adhesion performance to the surface of the tinplate; in addition, contact with food is safe. The tinplate is comparable to chromium passivation in performance and the production process thereof does not use a chromate, so that a truly green production process of a tinplate is achieved, complying with the requirements of increasingly strict environmental protection laws and regulations.
(FR) L'invention concerne un fer blanc traité en surface sans chrome, un procédé de production et un agent de traitement de surface associé. En appliquant en revêtement, sur la surface d'un fer blanc, un agent de traitement de surface aqueux respectueux de l'environnement contenant de 0,1 à 5 % en poids d'un sel de zinc, de 0,1 à 5 % en poids d'un sel de zirconium et/ou d'un sel de molybdène et de 5 à 30 % en poids de siloxane ou de polysiloxane, une couche de film de passivation sans chrome présentant des constituants denses et uniformes et une bonne performance et étant stable est formée sur la surface d'une couche d'étain. Le film de passivation contient de 0,1 à 20 mg/m2 de zinc, de 0,1 à 20 mg/m2 de zirconium et/ou de molybdène et de 0,5 à 100 mg/m2 de silicium. Le film de passivation peut conférer une excellente stabilité de surface, une résistance à la corrosion et une performance d'adhérence de feuil de peinture sur la surface du fer blanc, et est en outre sûr en vue d'un contact avec les aliments. Le fer blanc est comparable à une passivation en chrome en termes de performance et son procédé de production n'utilise pas de chromate, de sorte à obtenir un procédé de production d'un fer blanc réellement écologique, en conformité avec les exigences liées à des lois et des réglementations de protection de l'environnement de plus en plus rigoureuses.
(ZH) 一种无铬表面处理镀锡板、其生产方法及表面处理剂,通过在镀锡板表面涂覆含有0.1~5wt%锌盐,0.1~5wt%锆盐和/或钼盐,5~30wt%硅氧烷或聚硅氧烷的环保型水性表面处理剂,在锡层表面形成一层成分均匀致密、性能良好且稳定的不含铬的钝化膜,该钝化膜含有0.1~20mg/m2的锌、0.1~20mg/m2的锆和/或钼、0.5~100mg/m2的硅,该钝化膜能够赋予镀锡板表面优良的表面稳定性、耐蚀性能和漆膜附着力性能,且食品接触安全,该镀锡板在性能上可实现与铬钝化媲美,其生产过程不使用铬酸盐,使镀锡板生产过程实现真正的绿色,符合日益严格的环保法规要求。
