Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is a method for preparing a degradable artificial bone material by using natural magnesium-containing calcite. In the method, a magnesium-containing calcite material, shell skeleton of starfish and/or sea urchin, is used as a raw material to prepare a degradable artificial bone material, such as a beta-phase tricalcium phosphate artificial bone material, a two-phase calcium phosphate material or a mixture of beta-phase tricalcium phosphate and calcite, through a hydrothermal synthesis reaction, wherein some artificial bone materials keep the original interconnected porous structure of the shell of starfish and sea urchin.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'une substance osseuse artificielle dégradable utilisant de la calcite naturelle contenant du magnésium. Dans le procédé, une substance à base de calcite naturelle contenant du magnésium, correspondant à l'endosquelette d'étoiles de mer et/ou d'oursins, est utilisée comme matière première pour préparer une substance osseuse artificielle dégradable, telle qu'une substance osseuse artificielle à base de phosphate tricalcique bêta, une substance à base de phosphate de calcium à deux phases ou un mélange de phosphate tricalcique bêta et de calcite, par une réaction de synthèse hydrothermique, certaines substances osseuses artificielles conservant la structure poreuse interconnectée d'origine de l'endosquelette d'étoile de mer ou d'oursin.
(ZH) 利用天然含镁方解石制备可降解的人工骨材料的方法,该方法以天然含镁的方解石材料海星和/或海胆壳骨架为原材料,通过水热合成反应制备可降解的人工骨材料β相磷酸三钙人工骨材料、两相磷酸钙材料或者β相磷酸三钙与方解石的混合物,部分人工骨材料保持了海星和海胆壳原始的连通多孔结构。
