Abstract:
(EN) Provided are an array substrate and a display device. The array substrate comprises a base substrate (1), a gate line (10) and a data line (30) which are arranged on the base substrate (1), and a display unit defined by the intersection of the data line (30) and the gate line (10). The display unit is provided with a thin film transistor, a sub-pixel electrode (50) and a common electrode line (20), wherein the common electrode line (20) comprises a main electrode line (21) with an extension direction that is the same as the extension direction of the gate line (10) and a branch electrode line connected to the main electrode line (21). By arranging the branch electrode line connected to the main electrode line (21) so as to reduce the overall resistance value of the common electrode line (20), delay phenomenons of a common electrode signal are effectively reduced, thereby improving the display quality of a display panel.
(FR) L'invention concerne un substrat matriciel et un dispositif d'affichage. Le substrat matriciel comprend un substrat de base (1), une ligne de grille (10) et une ligne de données (30) qui sont agencées sur le substrat de base (1), et une unité d'affichage définie par l'intersection de la ligne de données (30) et de la ligne de grille (10). L'unité d'affichage comprend un transistor en couches minces, une électrode de sous-pixel (50) et une ligne d'électrode commune (20), la ligne d'électrode commune (20) comprenant une ligne d'électrode principale (21) avec une direction d'extension qui est identique à la direction d'extension de la ligne de grille (10) et une ligne d'électrode de ramification connectée à la ligne d'électrode principale (21). Par l'agencement de la ligne d'électrode de ramification connectée à la ligne d'électrode principale (21) de façon à réduire la valeur de résistance globale de la ligne d'électrode commune (20), des phénomènes de retard d'un signal d'électrode commune sont efficacement réduits, ce qui permet d'améliorer la qualité d'affichage d'un panneau d'affichage.
(ZH) 一种阵列基板及显示装置,阵列基板包括衬底基板(1),设置在衬底基板(1)上的栅线(10)、数据线(30),以及由数据线(30)和栅线(10)交叉限定的显示单元,显示单元内设置有薄膜晶体管、子像素电极(50)以及公共电极线(20)。其中,公共电极线(20)包括:延伸方向与栅线(10)延伸方向相同的主电极线(21),以及与主电极线(21)连接的分支电极线。通过设置与主电极线(21)连接的分支电极线以降低公共电极线(20)整体的阻值,从而有效降低公共电极信号的延迟现象,进而提高显示面板的显示质量。
