Abstract:
(EN) A moving target status monitoring method, device (10), and vehicle quick inspection system thereof. The device (10) comprises: a laser scanner (110, 111, 111') configured to perform monitoring of at least one moving target entering a monitoring zone by means of emitting multiple laser beams from different angles at a pre-set scanning frequency toward the at least one moving target; and a processing unit (120), configured to determine and output the relative position of each moving target as a distance thereof away from the laser scanner at different times. Compared to speed-measuring radar type speed sensors, the device can markedly improve measurement accuracy of low-speed moving targets, and the laser scanner (110, 111, 111') is easy to install and low in cost.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de surveillance d'état de cible mobile, un dispositif (10) et un système d'inspection rapide de véhicule de ce dernier. Le dispositif (10) comprend : un dispositif de balayage laser (110, 111, 111') configuré pour assurer la surveillance d'au moins une cible mobile entrant dans une zone de surveillance au moyen d'émission de multiples faisceaux laser depuis différents angles à une fréquence de balayage prédéfinie vers ladite cible mobile ; et une unité de traitement (120) configurée pour déterminer et délivrer la position relative de chaque cible mobile en tant que distance de cette dernière éloignée du dispositif de balayage laser à différents moments. Par comparaison avec des capteurs de vitesse de type radar de mesure de vitesse, le dispositif peut considérablement améliorer la précision de mesure de cibles mobiles à faible vitesse, et le dispositif de balayage laser (110, 111, 111') est facile à installer et a un faible coût.
(ZH) 一种移动目标状态监测方法、装置(10)及其车辆快速检查系统。该装置(10)包括:激光扫描仪(110,111,111 '),用于对进入一监测区域的至少一个移动目标进行监测,以一预设扫描频率向所述至少一个移动目标发射多条不同角度的激光束;以及处理单元(120),用于针对每个所述移动目标,确定并输出该移动目标在所述不同时刻距离所述激光扫描仪的相对位置。相比于测速雷达等测速传感器,该装置可显著提高低速移动目标的测量精度,且激光扫描仪(110,111,111 ')易于安装、成本低。
