Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for producing a UV cross-linked, water soluble polymer or copolymer film comprising hydrolyzed vinyl acetate. If the UV cross-linked, water soluble film comprises a copolymer, then the copolymer comprises the hydrolyzed vinyl acetate and a second monomer. The resulting polyvinyl acetate has a certain degree of hydrolysis in the range of from 50% to 100%, expressed as the percentage of vinyl acetate that is converted to vinyl alcohol units. The second monomer is preferably selected from the group of compounds comprising a carboxylate or sulfonate salt functional group. The present application also relates to a use of the UV cross-linked, water soluble polymer or copolymer in the production of a bag for containing a metered dose of a liquid, such as a laundry liquid or a dishwashing liquid. The UV cross-linked polymer or copolymer has improved resistance to cracking without negatively affecting the solubility of the film.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un film polymère ou copolymère hydrosoluble, réticulé par UV, comprenant de l'acétate de vinyle hydrolysé. Si le film hydrosoluble réticulé par UV comprend un copolymère, le copolymère comprend alors l'acétate de vinyle hydrolysé et un second monomère. L'acétate de polyvinyle résultant présente un certain degré d'hydrolyse compris entre 50 % et 100 %, exprimé comme le pourcentage d'acétate de vinyle qui est converti en unités alcool vinylique. Le second monomère est de préférence sélectionné dans le groupe de composés comprenant un groupe fonctionnel sel de carboxylate ou sel de sulfonate. La présente invention concerne également une utilisation du polymère ou copolymère hydrosoluble réticulé par UV dans la production d'une poche destinée à contenir une dose mesurée d'un liquide, par exemple une lessive liquide ou un produit vaisselle liquide. Le polymère ou copolymère réticulé par UV présente une meilleure résistance à la fissuration, qui n'affecte pas négativement la solubilité du film.
(ZH) 本发明涉及一种生产紫外交联,水溶性的含有水解醋酸乙烯酯的聚合物或共聚物膜的方法。如果所述的紫外交联,水溶性的膜含有一共聚物,所述共聚物含有水解醋酸乙烯酯以及第二种单体,所获得的聚醋酸乙烯酯具有一定的50%至100%的水解度,表示为醋酸乙烯酯转化为乙烯醇单元的百分比。所述第二种单体优选选自于含有羧酸盐或者磺酸盐官能团的化合物组。本发明也涉及所述紫外交联,水溶性的聚合物或共聚物的用于生产袋子的使用,所述袋子用于盛装单位计量的液体,例如洗衣液以及洗碗液。紫外交联的聚合物或共聚物具有改进的抗裂性的同时不负面影响膜的溶解性。
