Abstract:
(EN) A vertically aligned (VA) liquid crystal display (LCD) adopting no black matrix and manufacturing method thereof. The VA LCD adopting no black matrix replaces a black matrix by employing a color mix prevention area (30) formed by a red color resist (41) and a blue color resist (42) stacked in layers, and configuring a primary column spacer (71) and a secondary column spacer (72) adopting a black material. A recess (31) is configured at the color mix prevention area (30) and corresponding to the primary column spacer (71) and the secondary column spacer (72). The primary column spacer (71) is configured to touch against a bottom portion of the recess (31), increasing a height difference between the primary column spacer (71) and the secondary column spacer (72), expanding a limit of a space containing liquid crystals, and ensuring a product yield.
(FR) L'invention concerne un écran à cristaux liquides (LCD) à alignement vertical (VA) qui n'est composé d'aucune matrice noire, et son procédé de fabrication. L'écran LCD VA, qui n'est composé d'aucune matrice noire, remplace cette matrice noire en utilisant une zone de prévention de mélange de couleurs (30) constituée d'une réserve de couleur rouge (41) et d'une réserve de couleur bleue (42) empilées en couches et configurant un espaceur de colonne primaire (71) et un espaceur de colonne secondaire (72) composé d'un matériau noir. Un évidement (31) est configuré au niveau de la zone de prévention de mélange de couleurs (30) et correspond à l'espaceur de colonne primaire (71) et à l'espaceur de colonne secondaire (72). L'espaceur de colonne primaire (71) est conçu de façon à venir en contact contre une partie inférieure de l'évidement (31), ce qui accroît une différence de hauteur entre l'espaceur de colonne primaire (71) et l'espaceur de colonne secondaire (72), élargit une limite d'un espace contenant des cristaux liquides, et assure un rendement.
(ZH) 一种采用无黑色矩阵技术的VA型液晶显示面板及其制作方法。该采用无黑色矩阵技术的VA型液晶显示面板由层叠设置的红色色阻(41)及蓝色色阻(42)形成的防混色区(30)、配合设置采用黑色材料的主柱状隔垫物(71)与副柱状隔垫物(72)来取代黑色矩阵,同时所述防混色区(30)对应于所述主柱状隔垫物(71)、及副柱状隔垫物(72)的部分设置有凹槽(31),所述主柱状隔垫物(71)抵触所述凹槽(31)的底部,能够提高主柱状隔垫物(71)与副柱状隔垫物(72)之间的高度差,扩大液晶量极限范围,保证产品良率。
