(ZH) 金属冲压件表面处理工艺
Abstract:
(EN) A surface treatment process for a metal stamping product comprises the following steps: 1) mixing, at 105ºC and for 3.5 hours, 23 parts by mass of acetic acid, 3-4 parts by mass of triethyl phosphate, 4 parts by mass of sodium molybdate, 1.8 parts by mass of polyoxyethylene monolaurate, 6 parts by mass of polytetrafluoroethylene, 4 parts by mass of sodium alginate, and 3 parts by mass of N-methylpyrrolidone, to obtain a metal surface treatment agent; 2) forming a surface treatment working solution by using 13.4 parts by mass of the surface treatment agent and 63.5 parts by mass of water; and 3) increasing the temperature of the surface treatment working solution to 53.5ºC, and placing a metal stamping product in the surface treatment working solution for 28 minutes.
(FR) Cette invention concerne un procédé de traitement de surface pour un produit métallique estampé, comprenant les étapes suivantes : 1) le mélange, à 105 °C pendant 3,5 heures, de 23 parties en masse d'acide acétique, 3 à 4 parties en masse de phosphate de triéthyle, 4 parties en masse de molybdate de sodium, 1,8 parties en masse de monolaurate de polyoxyéthylène, 6 parties en masse de polytétrafluoroéthylène, 4 parties en masse d'alginate de sodium, et 3 parties en masse de N-méthylpyrrolidone, pour obtenir un agent de traitement de surface métallique; 2) la formation d'une solution de travail de traitement de surface au moyen de 13,4 parties en masse de l'agent de traitement de surface et 63 parties en masse d'eau; et 3) l'augmentation de la température de la solution de travail de traitement de surface à 53 °C, et le positionnement d'un produit métallique estampé dans dans la solution de travail de traitement de surface pendant 28 minutes.
(ZH) 一种金属冲压件表面处理工艺,包括如下步骤:1)取23质量份乙酸、3~4质量份磷酸三乙酯、4质量份钼酸钠、1.8质量份月桂酸聚氧乙烯酯、6质量份聚四氟乙烯、4份质量海藻酸钠、3质量份N-甲基吡咯烷酮,于105℃,混合3.5小时,制得金属表面处理剂;2)再将13.4质量份金属表面处理剂与65.3质量份水,制得表面处理工作液;3)将表面处理工作液升温至53.5℃,将金属冲压件置入表面处理工作液28分钟。
