Abstract:
(EN) Provided are an array substrate and a liquid-crystal display device, comprising a plurality of data lines (202) and a plurality of scan lines (201); said data lines (202) and scan lines (201) cross over each other but do not intersect, forming a pixel region (203); also comprising a plurality of R, G, and B subpixels (2031); said R, G, and B subpixels (2031) are sequentially arranged in parallel along said data lines (202), and each of the subpixels (2031) is electrically connected to the corresponding scan line (201) and data line (202) by means of a thin film transistor (TFT) (2032); each of the subpixels (203) is at least provided with one of the subpixels (2031), such that the scan lines (201) of two adjacent pixel regions (203) are different. Thus the quantity of data lines (202) is reduced, reducing manufacturing costs; furthermore, space required for arrangement is conserved, further reducing the opaque area and raising the aperture ratio of the pixel.
