(ZH) 一种废PET回收再利用的方法及应用
Abstract:
(EN) The present application discloses a method and application for recycling and reusing PET. The method comprises melting the waste PET material, and subjecting the waste PET melt to alcoholysis and repolymerization prior to subjecting the melt to spinning or granulation. In the PET material, waste PET bottle sheet material and waste PET film sheet material are in an amount of below 50%, with the balance being spinning grade waste PET material. The method of the present application provides recycled PET which is equivalent in properties to virgin polyester material and which can meet the needs for direct production and use of various PET spunbonded non-fabric materials. The recycled PET obtained by the method of the present application can replace virgin polyester material, is eco-friendly, with a product carbon footprint of about 60 to 70% lower than that of virgin polyester material, and is low in production cost.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé et une application pour le recyclage et la réutilisation de PET. Le procédé consiste à fondre les matériaux déchets de PET, et à soumettre la masse fondue de déchets de PET à une alcoolyse et une repolymérisation avant de soumettre la masse fondue à un filage ou une granulation. Dans le matériau de PET, le matériau en feuilles de bouteilles de PET déchets et le matériau en feuilles de films de PET déchets sont présents dans une quantité inférieure à 50 %, le reste étant un matériau de PET déchet de qualité filage. Le procédé de la présente invention procure du PET recyclé qui est équivalent en termes de propriétés au matériau polyester vierge, et qui permet de satisfaire les besoins de production directe et d'utilisation de divers matériaux en tissu non tissé filé-lié PET. Le PET recyclé obtenu par le procédé de la présente invention permet de remplacer un matériau polyester vierge, est respectueux de l'environnement, présente une empreinte carbone produit d'environ 60 à 70 % inférieure à celle du matériau polyester vierge, et a un faible coût de production.
(ZH) 本申请公开了一种PET回收再利用的方法及其应用。本申请的废PET回收的方法,包括将废PET材料熔融后,在将熔体进行纺丝或造粒之前,对废PET熔体进行醇解重聚合处理,然后采用醇解重聚合的产物进行纺丝或造粒;并且,废PET材料中,废弃PET瓶片材料和废弃PET膜片材料的含量低于50%,余量为纺丝级废弃PET料。本申请的PET回收方法,其回收PET能达到与聚酯原生材料相当的性能,能满足直接进行各种PET纺粘非织造材料的生产和使用需求。本申请方法所获得的回收PET,能够替代聚酯原生材料,且环境友好,产品碳足迹比聚酯原生材料低约60-70%,生产成本低。
