Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a method for synthesizing a gasoline additive alkyl formamide phenyl ether, comprising: (a) adding hydroxybenzoic acid, alkali, alkylation reagent, and solvent to a four-necked flask; the molar ratio of said hydroxybenzoic acid, alkali, and alkylation reagent being 1:1-5:2-4, then heating to 50-150°C and reacting for 2-8 hours; after the reaction is complete, processing to obtain alkoxy benzoate; (b) the described alkoxy benzoate and amine at a molar ratio of 1:1-15 are placed into a three-necked flask and stirred at ambient temperature for 2-3 hours, then stirred at 40-60°C for 3-5 hours; after processing, alkyl formamide phenyl ether is obtained. The described method has a simple process and low costs; the product does not dissolve in water, has stable properties, is not prone to evaporation and loss, and has very good compatibility with oil products.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de synthèse d'un additif alkyl formamide phényl éther pour essence, consistant : (a) à additionner de l'acide hydroxybenzoïque, un alcali, un réactif d'alkylation, et un solvant dans un ballon à quatre cols ; le rapport molaire dudit acide hydroxybenzoïque, de l'alcali et du réactif d'alkylation étant de 1:1-5:2-4, puis à chauffer de 50 à 150 °C et laisser réagir pendant 2 à 8 heures ; une fois la réaction terminée, traiter pour obtenir un alcoxybenzoate ; (b) l'alcoxybenzoate et une amine sont placés avec un rapport molaire de 1:1-15 dans un tricol et agités à température ambiante pendant 2 à 3 heures, puis agité une température de 40 à 60 °C pendant 3 à 5 heures ; après traitement, un alkyl formamide phényl éther est obtenu. Le procédé décrit a un processus simple et de faibles coûts ; le produit ne se dissout pas dans l'eau, a des propriétés stables, n'est pas sujet à l'évaporation ni la perte, et présente une très bonne compatibilité avec les produits pétroliers.
(ZH) 一种汽油添加剂烷基甲酰胺苯基醚的合成方法,包括:a)在四口烧瓶中分别加入羟基苯甲酸、碱、烷基化试剂和溶剂,所述的羟基苯甲酸、碱和烷基化试剂的摩尔比为1:1~5:2~4,然后加热至50~150℃反应2~8小时,反应结束后,处理后得烷氧基苯甲酸酯;b)将摩尔比为1:1~15的上述烷氧基苯甲酸酯和胺置于三口烧瓶中,室温搅拌2~3小时,再40~60℃搅拌3~5小时,处理后得烷基甲酰胺苯基醚。上述方法工艺简单、成本较低;产品不溶于水、性质稳定、不易蒸发损失,与油品有很好的兼容性。
