Abstract:
(EN) Methods of etching an inorganic layer on a glass substrate are described, the methods comprising contacting the glass substrate including an inorganic layer with an etching solution comprising a polar organic solvent and an etchant, wherein the inorganic layer is removed at an inorganic layer etching rate and the glass substrate is etched as a glass etching rate.
(FR) La présente invention concerne des procédés de gravure d'une couche inorganique sur un substrat en verre, lesdits procédés consistant à mettre en contact le substrat en verre comprenant une couche inorganique avec une solution de gravure comprenant un solvant organique polaire et un agent de gravure, la couche inorganique étant éliminée à une vitesse de gravure de couche inorganique et le substrat en verre étant gravé à une vitesse de gravure du verre.
