Abstract:
(EN) In some embodiments, a motion detection and correction system and/or device for tracking and compensating for patient motion during a medical imaging scan can be adapted to be integrated into a medical imaging scanner, such as an MRI scanner, or be adapted to retrofit a pre-existing medical imaging scanner. In certain embodiments, the motion detection system and/or device can comprise one or more mounting brackets and a motion correction device housing, which can further comprise one or more detector modules and a power unit. In further embodiments, the collected motion data can be further analyzed by an image processing unit of the motion tracking and/or correction system.
(FR) Dans certains modes de réalisation, la présente invention concerne un système de détection et de correction de mouvement et/ou un dispositif de surveillance et de compensation du mouvement d’un patient durant un balayage d’imagerie médicale qui peut être adapté pour être intégré dans un scanner d’imagerie médicale, tel qu’un scanner IRM, ou être adapté au rétro-ajustement d’un scanner d’imagerie médicale préexistant. Dans certains modes de réalisation, le système et/ou le dispositif de détection de mouvement peut comprendre un ou plusieurs supports de montage et un boîtier de dispositif de correction de mouvement, qui peuvent en outre comprendre un ou plusieurs modules de détection et une unité d’alimentation.
