Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to a tunnel construction method and, particularly, to a tunnel construction method for installing an intra- or extra-tunnel pre-support member along with a post-support member and an apparatus suitable for the same, the method comprising the steps of: constructing a pilot tunnel (3) inside a main tunnel (2) to be built; radially forming boreholes at multiple positions inside the pilot tunnel (3) from the excavation face of the pilot tunnel (3) to the tip end of a pre-support member of the main tunnel in order to install intra-tunnel pre-support members (4); inserting the intra-tunnel pre-support members (4) into the boreholes and performing grouting and curing in order to fix the same; excavating a tunnel in stages in the longitudinal direction along the excavation line of the main tunnel (2) and pouring primary shotcrete over the excavation face of the main tunnel; installing post-support members (5) on the excavation face of the main tunnel, to which the primary shotcrete has been attached, so as to be located between the plurality of intra-tunnel pre-support members (4); and connecting the intra-tunnel pre-support members (4) and the post-support members (5) with a sheet-shaped support member.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de construction de tunnel et, en particulier, un procédé de construction de tunnel pour l'installation d'un élément de pré-soutènement de tunnel intérieur ou extérieur avec un élément de soutènement postérieur, et un appareil adapté à ce procédé, le procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à : construire un tunnel pilote (3) à l'intérieur d'un tunnel principal (2) devant être construit; former des trous de forage radialement à de multiples positions à l'intérieur du tunnel pilote (3), de la face d'excavation du tunnel pilote (3) à l'extrémité d'un élément de pré-soutènement du tunnel principal, afin d'installer des éléments de pré-soutènement de tunnel intérieur (4); insérer les éléments de pré-soutènement de tunnel intérieur (4) dans les trous de forage et procéder à leur cimentation et durcissement afin de les fixer; creuser un tunnel en étages dans le sens longitudinal le long de la ligne d'excavation du tunnel principal (2) et verser du béton projeté primaire sur la face d'excavation du tunnel principal; installer des éléments de soutènement postérieur (5) sur la face d'excavation du tunnel principal, auquel a été fixé le béton projeté primaire, de sorte qu'ils soient situés entre la pluralité des éléments de pré-soutènement de tunnel intérieur (4); et raccorder les éléments de pré-soutènement de tunnel intérieur (4) et les éléments de soutènement postérieur (5) à un élément de soutènement en forme de plaque.
(KO) 본 발명은 터널 공법에 관한 것으로, 갱내 선지보재 또는 갱외 선지보재와 후지보재를 혼용하여 설치하는 터널 공법 및 이에 적합한 장치에 관한 것이다. 만들고자 하는 본 터널(2) 내에 파일럿 터널(3)을 시공하는 단계와; 상기 파일럿 터널(3) 내의 복수의 위치에서 파일럿 터널(3) 굴착면에서 본 터널의 선지보재 선단까지 갱내 선지보재(4)를 설치하기 위하여 방사상으로 천공 홀을 형성하는 단계와; 상기 천공 홀에 갱내 선지보재(4)를 삽입하고 이를 고정하기 위하여 그라우팅하고 양생하는 단계와; 상기 본 터널(2)의 굴착 라인을 따라 종방향으로 단계적으로 터널을 굴착하고 갱내에서 본 터널 굴착면에 1차 숏크리트를 하는 단계와; 상기 1차 숏크리트가 취부된 본 터널 굴착면에 후지보재(5)를 복수의 갱내 선지보재(4) 사이에 설치하는 단계와; 상기 갱내 선지보재(4)와 후지보재(5)를 판형 지보재와 연결하는 단계를 구비한 것을 특징으로 한다.
