Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for continuously producing a metal fluoride-based fluorescent substance and, more particularly, to a method for continuously producing a metal fluoride-based fluorescent substance, wherein feeding, mixing and synthesis, and discharge processes are continuously performed such that a reactant prepared by dissolving or slurrifying two or more metal precursors is fed into a reactor, mixing and fluorescent substance synthesis are performed by vortexes generated by a fluid flow of the reactant, and the resultant synthesized fluorescent substance is discharged through an outlet according to a fluid flow of the solution.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé pour la production continue d'une substance fluorescente à base de fluorure métallique et, plus particulièrement, un procédé pour la production continue d'une substance fluorescente à base de fluorure métallique, les procédés d'alimentation, de mélange et de synthèse et d'évacuation étant réalisés en continu, de telle sorte qu'un réactif préparé par dissolution ou mise en suspension de deux précurseurs métalliques ou plus est alimenté dans un réacteur, le mélange et la synthèse de la substance fluorescente sont réalisés par des vortex générés par un flux de fluide du réactif et la substance fluorescente synthétisée obtenue est évacuée via une sortie selon un flux de fluide de la solution.
(KO) 본 발명은 금속불화물계 형광체의 연속 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 둘 이상의 금속 전구체를 용해 또는 슬러리화하여 제조된 반응물을 반응기 내부로 투입하고, 반응물의 유체흐름에 의해 생성된 와류(VORTEX)에 의해 혼합 및 형광체 합성반응을 수행하고, 합성된 형광체를 용액의 유체흐름에 따라 배출구를 통해 배출되도록 하는, 투입, 혼합 및 합성, 배출이 연속공정으로 진행되는 금속 불화물 형광체의 연속 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
