Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for preparing a highly hydrophobic silica aerogel having a low tapped density, and to a hydrophobic silica aerogel prepared therefrom. The method for preparing a hydrophobic silica aerogel, according to the present invention, has a short preparation time by enabling performing surface modification and solvent substitution simultaneously in one step, and thus may have excellent productivity and economic efficiency, and enables controlling a surface modification reaction by including a step for adding ammonium hydroxide, thereby enabling controlling the hydrophobicity level of the silica aerogel being prepared, thus enabling the preparation of a hydrophobic silica aerogel that not only has excellent physical properties such as tapped density and specific surface area, but also has a high hydrophobicity by means of having the hydrophobicity level thereof controlled.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un aérogel de silice hautement hydrophobe possédant une faible densité après tassement, et un aérogel de silice hydrophobe préparée à partir de celui-ci. Le procédé de préparation d'un aérogel de silice hydrophobe, selon la présente invention, présente un temps de préparation court par réalisation d'une modification de surface et substitution de solvant simultanément en une seule étape, et peut ainsi avoir une excellente productivité et efficacité économique, et permet de réguler une réaction de modification de surface par l'inclusion d'une étape consistant à ajouter de l'hydroxyde d'ammonium, ce qui permet de contrôler le niveau d'hydrophobicité de l'aérogel de silice en préparation, permettant ainsi la préparation d'un aérogel de silice hydrophobe qui non seulement possède d'excellentes propriétés physiques telles que la densité après tassement et surface spécifique, mais également une hydrophobicité élevée par le biais du contrôle de son hydrophobicité.
(KO) 본 발명은 낮은 탭 밀도를 갖는 높은 소수성의 실리카 에어로겔의 제조방법 및 이를 통하여 제조된 소수성의 실리카 에어로겔에 관한 것이다. 이에 따른 소수성의 실리카 에어로겔의 제조방법은 표면개질 및 용매치환을 한 단계에서 동시에 수행할 수 있어 제조시간이 짧아 생산성 및 경제성이 우수할 수 있고, 수산화암모늄을 첨가하는 단계를 포함함으로써 표면개질 반응을 조절할 수 있어 제조되는 실리카 에어로겔의 소수화도를 조절할 수 있어 탭 밀도 및 비표면적 등의 물성이 우수할 뿐 아니라, 소수화도가 조절되어 높은 소수성을 가지는 소수성의 실리카 에어로겔을 제조할 수 있다.
