Abstract:
(EN) A non-contact metal card according to the present invention is characterized in that a first body sheet and a second body sheet, which are formed of a metal flat plate, are vertically stacked, and an antenna inlay, which has an antenna, is disposed therebetween. A hole is formed in a main body of each of the first body sheet and the second body sheet, and a slot is formed by incising a gap between one side surface of each hole and the side surface of the main body. The hole is positioned in the internal area of the antenna, and the locations of the hole of the first body sheet and the hole of the second body sheet have a gap of a predetermined distance. By the aforesaid structure, the non-contact type metal card of the present invention has a hole of which a part of one side surface is opened by a slot on the main body which is a metal flat plate, and thus prevents an eddy current from occurring on the first body sheet and the second body sheet which are metal flat plates, thereby enabling the metal card to transmit and receive data in a wireless manner by using the antenna embedded therein.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une carte métallique sans contact qui est caractérisée en ce qu’une première feuille de corps et une seconde feuille de corps, qui sont formées d’une plaque plate métallique, sont empilées verticalement, et une incrustation d’antenne, qui a une antenne, est disposée entre elles. Un trou est formé dans un corps principal de chacune de la première feuille de corps et de la seconde feuille de corps, et une fente est formée en incisant un espace entre une surface latérale de chaque trou et la surface latérale du corps principal. Le trou est positionné dans la zone interne de l’antenne, et les emplacements du trou de la première feuille de corps et du trou de la seconde feuille de corps ont un espace d’une distance prédéterminée. Au moyen de la structure mentionnée ci-dessus, la carte métallique de type sans contact de la présente invention a un trou dont une partie d’une surface latérale est ouverte par une fente sur le corps principal qui est une plaque plate métallique, et empêche ainsi un courant de Foucault de se produire sur la première feuille de corps et la seconde feuille de corps qui sont des plaques plates métalliques, permettant ainsi à la carte métallique de transmettre et de recevoir des données d’une manière sans fil par utilisation de l’antenne incorporée en son sein.
(KO) 본 발명에 따른 비접촉식 금속 카드는, 금속 재질의 평판으로 구성된 제1 바디 시트와 제2 바디 시트를 상하로 적층시키고, 그 사이에 안테나가 탑재된 안테나 인레이를 배치하되, 상기 제1 바디 시트와 제2 바디 시트의 본체에 각각 홀(hole)을 형성하고, 각 홀의 일측면과 본체의 측면의 사이를 절개하여 각각 슬롯(slot)을 형성하고, 상기 안테나의 내부 영역에 홀이 위치되도록 하며, 상기 제1 바디 시트의 홀과 제2 바디 시트의 홀의 위치는 사전 설정된 거리의 갭(Gap)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따른 비접촉식 금속 카드는 전술한 구조에 의해, 금속 평판인 본체에 슬롯에 의해 일측면의 일부가 개방된 구조를 갖는 홀을 구비하여 금속 평판인 제1 바디 시트와 제2 바디 시트에 맴돌이 전류(Eddy Current)가 발생되는 것을 방지하고, 그 결과 금속 카드가 내장된 안테나를 이용하여 무선 방식으로 데이터를 송수신할 수 있도록 한다.
