Abstract:
(EN) An energy dissipation-type elastomer friction damper is disclosed. The energy dissipation-type elastomer friction damper according to the present invention comprises: a first friction plate; a friction disk that forms a first contact surface with the first friction plate; a second friction plate that forms a second contact surface with the friction disk on a side lying opposite the first friction plate; and a fastening means for constraining relative plays, except relative rotations between the first friction plate, the friction disk, and the second friction plate, wherein the friction disk has multiple magnetic bodies provided to connect between the first and second contact surfaces, by means of selective magnetization, so as to constrain relative rotations between the first and second friction plates. According to the present invention, it is possible to provide an energy dissipation-type elastomer friction damper wherein the friction disk has multiple magnetic bodies provided to connect between the first and second contact surfaces, by means of selective magnetization, such that, according to the intensity of vibrations applied to a structure, the magnitude of the frictional force, which dampens the vibrations, is adjusted.
(FR) L'invention concerne un amortisseur à frottement élastomère du type à dissipation d'énergie. Cet amortisseur à frottement élastomère du type à dissipation d'énergie selon la présente invention comprend : une première plaque de frottement; un disque de frottement qui forme une première surface de contact avec la première plaque de frottement; une seconde plaque de frottement qui forme une seconde surface de contact avec le disque de frottement sur une face opposée à la première plaque de frottement; et un moyen de fixation pour limiter les jeux relatifs, à l'exception des rotations relatives entre la première plaque de frottement, le disque de frottement, et la seconde plaque de frottement; le disque de frottement présente de multiples corps magnétiques disposés de façon à établir une connexion entre les première et seconde surfaces de contact, au moyen d'une magnétisation sélective, de façon à limiter les rotations relatives entre les première et seconde plaques de frottement. Selon la présente invention, il est possible d'obtenir un amortisseur à frottement élastomère du type à dissipation d'énergie, dans lequel le disque de frottement présente de multiples corps magnétiques disposés de façon à établir une connexion entre les première et seconde surfaces de contact, au moyen d'une magnétisation sélective, de telle sorte que, selon l'intensité des vibrations appliquées à une structure, l'amplitude de la force de frottement, qui amortit les vibrations, puisse être ajustée.
(KO) 에너지 소산형 엘라스토머 마찰 댐퍼가 개시된다. 본 발명의 에너지 소산형 엘라스토머 마찰 댐퍼는, 제1 마찰플레이트; 제1 마찰플레이트와 제1 접촉면을 형성하는 마찰디스크; 제1 마찰플레이트와 반대쪽에서 마찰디스크와 제2 접촉면을 형성하는 제2 마찰플레이트; 및 제1 마찰플레이트, 마찰디스크 및 제2 마찰플레이트의 상대회전을 제외한 상대유동을 구속하는 체결수단을 포함하고, 마찰디스크에는, 제1 마찰플레이트와 제2 마찰플레이트의 상대회전을 구속하도록 선택적 자화(magnetization)에 의해 제1 접촉면과 제2 접촉면 사이를 연결하는 다수의 자성체가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 마찰디스크에 선택적 자화(magnetization)에 의해 제1 접촉면과 제2 접촉면 사이를 연결하는 다수의 자성체가 구비됨으로써, 구조물에 인가되는 진동의 세기에 따라 진동을 감쇠시키는 마찰력의 크기가 조정되도록 이루어지는 에너지 소산형 엘라스토머 마찰 댐퍼를 제공할 수 있게 된다.
