Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to an apparatus for the high-frequency heat treatment of stub shafts and, more specifically, to an apparatus for the high-frequency heat treatment of stub shafts, which has an eddy-current-testing total inspection function, has, installed at one side of an extraction unit, an inspection unit for inspecting the high-frequency heat treatment state of the stub shafts in an eddy current testing manner, and also has, installed at one side of the inspection unit, a separation unit for discharging the stub shafts by separating same into good-quality and defective products according to the result of the inspection, thereby allowing the total inspection of the stub shafts and preventing the inclusion of the defective products.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un appareil de traitement thermique haute fréquence de faux-arbres et, plus particulièrement, un appareil de traitement thermique haute fréquence de faux-arbres présentant une fonction d'inspection générale par essai par courant de Foucault, comprenant, installée sur un côté d'une unité d'extraction, une unité d'inspection destinée à inspecter l'état de traitement thermique haute fréquence des faux-arbres dans un mode d'essai par courant de Foucault, et comprenant en outre, montée sur un côté de l'unité d'inspection, une unité de classement pour décharger les faux-arbres en distinguant ceux-ci en produits de bonne qualité et défectueux selon le résultat de l'inspection, ce qui permet d'effectuer l'inspection générale des faux-arbres et d'éviter l'inclusion des produits défectueux.
(KO) 본 발명은 스터브 샤프트의 고주파 열처리 장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 취출부의 일측에 스터브 샤프트의 고주파 열처리 상태를 와전류 탐상 방식으로 검사하는 검사부가 설치되고 검사부의 일측에 검사의 결과에 따라 스터브 샤프트를 양품과 불량품으로 분리 배출하는 분리부가 설치되어 스터브 샤프트의 전수 검사가 가능하고 불량품의 혼입을 방지할 수 있는 와전류 탐상 방식의 전수 검사 기능을 겸비한 스터브 샤프트의 고주파 열처리 장치에 관한 것이다.
