Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a core structure for a header plate-less heat exchanger, wherein the efficiency of use of the interior space of the tubes thereof is improved and the heat transfer efficiency is enhanced. The core structure for a header plate-less heat exchanger is configured such that a plurality of flat tubes 2 are stacked to form first fluid flow paths inside the tubes 2 and second fluid flow paths outside the tubes, the core structure being characterized in that: the interval between flat surfaces opposing in the stacking direction inside each tube 2 is formed so as to be constant until both end sections of the tubes 2; a multi-layered structure 2c formed by bending flat ends of the tubes 2 in parallel to axial outer surfaces of the tubes 2 is provided to flat regions in the stacking direction at both end sections of the tubes 2; and the second fluid flow paths are formed at predetermined intervals between the flat tubes 2 by the multi-layered structure 2c.
(FR) L'invention concerne une structure de noyau pour un échangeur de chaleur sans plaques de collecteur, l'efficacité d'utilisation de l'espace intérieur de ses tubes étant améliorée et l'efficacité de transfert de chaleur étant augmentée. La structure de noyau pour l'échangeur de chaleur sans plaques de collecteur est conçue de sorte qu'une pluralité de tubes plats (2) soient empilés afin de former des premiers circuits d'écoulement de fluide à l'intérieur des tubes (2) et des seconds circuits d'écoulement de fluide à l'extérieur des tubes, la structure de noyau étant caractérisée en ce que : l'espace entre des faces plates opposées dans la direction d'empilement à l'intérieur de chaque tube (2) est formé de manière à être constant jusqu'aux deux sections d'extrémité des tubes (2) ; une structure multicouche (2c) formée par flexion des extrémités plates des tubes (2) parallèlement aux faces externes axiales des tubes (2) est disposée sur des zones plates dans la direction d'empilement au niveau des deux sections d'extrémité des tubes (2) ; et les seconds circuits d'écoulement de fluide sont formés à des intervalles prédéfinis entre les tubes plats (2) au moyen de la structure multicouche (2c).
(JA) ヘッダプレートレス型熱交換器のコア構造において、そのチューブの内部空間の利用効率を高めて伝熱効率を向上させる。偏平型のチューブ2を複数積層し、チューブ2内に第1流体流路を、チューブ外に第2流体流路形成するヘッダプレートレス型熱交換器のコア構造において、各チューブ2内側において対向する積層方向の偏平面の間隔がチューブ2の両端部まで一定に形成されると共に、各チューブ2の両端部における積層方向の偏平な領域に、チューブ2の偏平端部をチューブ2の軸方向外面に平行に縁折して形成された複数層構造2cが設けられ、該複数層構造2cにより偏平型のチューブ2の間に所定の間隔で第2流体流路が形成されることを特徴とする。
