Abstract:
(EN) [Problem] To realize, by a simpler method, more excellent antistatic properties while maintaining excellent workability and reflectivity characteristics. [Solution] The coated metal sheet pertaining to the present invention is provided with a coating layer comprising one or a plurality of layers positioned over at least one surface of a metal sheet, the coating layer comprising one or a plurality of layers having at least one antistatic layer containing as an antistatic agent needle-shaped titanium oxide having an average length of 1 µm to 10 µm and an average thickness of 0.1 µm to 0.5 µm, the surface of the titanium oxide being coated by an electroconductive layer having electrical conduction properties, any one or plurality of layers of the coating layer containing a white coating material including titanium oxide having an average particle diameter of 200 nm to 400 nm, the content of the antistatic agent in the antistatic layer being 5% by mass to 30% by mass with respect to the total solid content of the antistatic layer, and the total light reflectance being 85% or greater.
(FR) Le problème décrit par l'invention est d'obtenir, par un procédé plus simple, d'excellentes propriétés antistatiques tout en conservant une excellente aptitude au travail et d'excellentes caractéristiques de réflectivité. La solution selon la présente invention porte sur une tôle métallique revêtue, laquelle tôle comprend une couche de revêtement comprenant une ou une pluralité de couches positionnées sur au moins une surface d'une tôle métallique, la couche de revêtement comprenant une ou plusieurs couches ayant au moins une couche antistatique contenant comme agent antistatique de l'oxyde de titane en forme d'aiguilles ayant une longueur moyenne de 1 µm à 10 µm et une épaisseur moyenne de 0,1 µm à 0,5 µm, la surface de l'oxyde de titane étant revêtue d'une couche électriquement conductrice ayant des propriétés de conduction électrique, l'une quelconque ou une pluralité de couches de la couche de revêtement contenant un matériau de revêtement blanc comprenant un oxyde de titane ayant un diamètre de particules moyen de 200 nm à 400 nm, la teneur de l'agent antistatique dans la couche antistatique étant de 5 % en masse à 30 % en masse par rapport à la teneur en solides totale de la couche antistatique, et le facteur de réflexion de la lumière total étant de 85 % ou plus.
