Abstract:
(EN) A valve control device according to the present invention is provided with: a correction unit that corrects the hysteresis of an output of a control valve according to the increase/decrease direction of a control output value; a detection unit that detects an actual output value for the control valve corresponding to the control output value; and a prohibition unit that prohibits correction performed by the correction unit after the increase/decrease direction of the control output value is switched until the difference between the control output value and the actual output value falls within a predetermined range. Thus, the output of a linear control valve can be brought close to a target while taking hysteresis into account.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif de commande de vanne, lequel dispositif comporte : une unité de correction qui corrige l'hystérésis d'une sortie d'une vanne de commande en fonction de la direction d'augmentation/diminution d'une valeur de sortie de commande ; une unité de détection qui détecte une valeur de sortie effective pour la vanne de commande, correspondant à la valeur de sortie de commande ; et une unité d'interdiction qui interdit la correction effectuée par l'unité de correction après que la direction d'augmentation/diminution de la valeur de sortie de commande a été commutée jusqu'à ce que la différence entre la valeur de sortie de commande et la valeur de sortie effective rentre à l'intérieur d'une plage prédéterminée. Par conséquent, la sortie d'une vanne de commande linéaire peut être amenée à proximité d'une cible tout en tenant compte de l'hystérésis.
(JA) 弁制御装置は、制御弁の出力のヒステリシスを制御出力値の増減方向に応じて補正する補正部と、制御出力値に対応する前記制御弁への実出力値を検出する検出部と、制御出力値の増減方向を切り替えた後、制御出力値と前記実出力値との差が所定の範囲内となるまで補正部による補正を禁止する禁止部と、を備えるので、ヒステリシスを考慮しつつ、リニア制御弁の出力を狙いに近づけることができる。
