Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to provide: an interlayer for laminated glass which is capable of generating heat as a result of a voltage being applied thereto, to warm frozen glass and melt frost and ice, and which exhibits an excellent external appearance when used to obtain a laminated glass; and a laminated glass in which said interlayer for laminated glass is used. This interlayer for laminated glass is provided with: a conductive layer provided with a thermoplastic resin-containing substrate, and a conductive film formed on the substrate; and a first resin layer which is stacked on the conductive-film side of the conductive layer, and which includes a polyvinyl acetal. The substrate has a heat shrinkage ratio measured in accordance with JIS C2151 after heat treatment at 150˚C for 30 minutes of 1.0-3.5% in both the MD and TD directions. The absolute value of the difference between the heat shrinkage ratio of the substrate measured in accordance with JIS C2151 after heat treatment at 150˚C for 30 minutes, and the heat shrinkage ratio of the first resin layer measured in accordance with JIS C2151 after heat treatment at 150˚C for 30 minutes, is not more than 10% in both the MD and TD directions.
(FR) L’invention a pour objet de fournir un film intermédiaire pour verre feuilleté qui génère de la chaleur par application d’une tension électrique, qui permet de réchauffer un verre gelé et de faire fondre du givre ou de la glace, et qui est excellent en termes d’aspect lorsqu’un verre feuilleté est réalisé. En outre, l’invention a pour objet de fournir un verre feuilleté mettant en œuvre ce film intermédiaire pour verre feuilleté. Plus précisément, l’invention concerne un film intermédiaire pour verre feuilleté qui possède : une couche conductrice qui possède un matériau de base comprenant une résine thermoplastique, et un film conducteur formé sur ce matériau de base ; et une première couche de résine comprenant un polyacétal de vinyle, qui est stratifiée côté film conducteur de ladite couche conductrice. Ledit matériau de base présente une contraction par refroidissement après traitement thermique à 150°C pendant 30 minutes mesurée conformément à JIS C2151, comprise entre 1,0 et 3,5% dans une direction MD et une direction TD. En outre, ledit matériau de base présente une valeur absolue de la différence entre sa contraction par refroidissement après traitement thermique à 150°C pendant 30 minutes mesurée conformément à JIS C2151, et la contraction par refroidissement de ladite première couche de résine après traitement thermique à 150°C pendant 30 minutes mesurée conformément à JIS C2151, inférieure ou égale à 10% dans une direction MD et une direction TD.
(JA) 本発明は、電圧を印加することにより発熱して、凍結したガラスを暖め、霜や氷を溶かすことができ、かつ、合わせガラスとしたときの外観にも優れる合わせガラス用中間膜、及び、該合わせガラス用中間膜を用いた合わせガラスを提供することを目的とする。 本発明は、熱可塑性樹脂を含有する基材と該基材上に形成された導電膜とを有する導電層と、前記導電層の導電膜側に積層された、ポリビニルアセタールを含有する第1の樹脂層とを有する合わせガラス用中間膜であって、前記基材は、JIS C2151に準拠して測定される150℃、30分間熱処理後の熱収縮率がMD、TD方向共に1.0~3.5%であり、前記基材のJIS C2151に準拠して測定される150℃、30分間熱処理後の熱収縮率と、前記第1の樹脂層のJIS C2151に準拠して測定される150℃、30分間熱処理後の熱収縮率との差の絶対値がMD、TD方向共に10%以下である合わせガラス用中間膜である。
