Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a cutting method including a cutting step for cutting a workpiece material using a cutting tool whereby a through-channel is formed in the workpiece material, wherein: in the cutting step, the workpiece material is cut by the cutting implement while a cut-assisting lubricant is brought into contact with a portion of the cutting tool that is in contact with the workpiece material and/or a portion of the workpiece material that is in contact with the cutting tool, whereby a through-channel is formed in the workpiece material; and the workpiece material includes a fiber-reinforced composite member.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de découpe comprenant une étape de découpe servant à découper un matériau de pièce à l'aide d'un outil de coupe grâce auquel un canal traversant est formé dans le matériau de pièce. Lors de l'étape de découpe, le matériau de pièce est découpé au moyen de l'outil de découpe pendant qu'un lubrifiant d'assistance à la découpe est mis en contact avec une partie de l'outil de découpe qui est en contact avec le matériau de pièce et/ou une partie du matériau de pièce qui est en contact avec l'outil de découpe, moyennant quoi un canal traversant est formé dans le matériau de pièce ; et le matériau de pièce comprend un élément composite renforcé par des fibres.
