Abstract:
(EN) A thermoplastic elastomer composition for composite molded bodies, which contains a hydrogenated styrene block copolymer A, a softening agent B for rubbers and a polyolefin resin C, and wherein: the hydrogenated styrene block copolymer A is a hydrogenated product of a block copolymer A' which is composed of a styrene hydrocarbon polymer block a and a conjugated diene compound polymer block b and has a weight average molecular weight of 50,000-500,000, while having a content of the styrene hydrocarbon polymer block a of 10-40% by mass; the softening agent B for rubbers has a weight average molecular weight of 700 or more and a molecular weight distribution as expressed by (weight average molecular weight)/(number average molecular weight) of 4.0 or less; and the A hardness thereof is 5-50. A composite molded body which is obtained using this composition. A thermoplastic elastomer composition for composite molded bodies according to the present invention is useful for various molded articles such as automobiles, electronic materials, household electrical appliances, electrical devices, medical devices, packaging materials, writing materials and sundries.
(FR) L'invention concerne une composition élastomère thermoplastique pour corps moulés composites, qui contient un copolymère séquencé de styrène hydrogéné A, un plastifiant B pour caoutchoucs et une résine de polyoléfine C. Le copolymère séquencé de styrène hydrogéné A est un produit hydrogéné d'un copolymère A' séquencé composé d'une séquence de polymère d'hydrocarbure de styrène a et d'une séquence de polymère d'un composé de diène conjugué b et présente un poids moléculaire moyen en poids de 50 000 à 500 000, tout en ayant une teneur en ladite séquence de polymère d'hydrocarbure de styrène a de 10 à 40 % en masse ; le plastifiant B pour caoutchoucs présente un poids moléculaire moyen en poids de 700 ou plus et une distribution de poids moléculaire telle qu'exprimée par (poids moléculaire moyen en poids)/(poids moléculaire moyen en nombre) inférieure ou égale à 4,0 ; et sa dureté A est de 5 à 50. L'invention concerne également un corps moulé composite qui est obtenu en utilisant cette composition. Une composition élastomère thermoplastique pour corps moulés composites selon la présente invention est utile pour divers articles moulés tels que des automobiles, des matériaux électroniques, des appareils électroménagers, des dispositifs électriques, des dispositifs médicaux, des matériaux d'emballage, des matériaux d'écriture et des objets divers.
(JA) 水添スチレン系ブロック共重合体A、ゴム用軟化剤B及びポリオレフィン樹脂Cを含有してなる複合成形体用エラストマー組成物であって、前記水添スチレン系ブロック共重合体Aが、スチレン系炭化水素重合体ブロックaと共役ジエン化合物重合体ブロックbとからなるブロック共重合体A'の水素添加物であり、重量平均分子量が50,000~500,000であり、スチレン系炭化水素重合体ブロックaの含有量が10~40質量%である、水添スチレン系ブロック共重合体であり、前記ゴム用軟化剤Bが、重量平均分子量が700以上、重量平均分子量/数平均分子量で表される分子量分布が4.0以下であるゴム用軟化剤であり、A硬さが5~50である、複合成形体用熱可塑性エラストマー組成物、及び該組成物を用いて得られる複合成形体。本発明の複合成形体用熱可塑性エラストマー組成物は、自動車、電子材料、家電、電気機器、医療用具、包装資材、文具・雑貨用品等の各種成形品に有用である。
